By accessing, registering on, or using the sotspk platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

sotspk may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, or payment method as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

All financial transactions on the sotspk platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sotspk supports the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and Raast instant payment. sotspk does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of your sotspk account and may vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests are processed back to the original funding method used for deposits, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions are typically processed instantly or within minutes.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast) may take up to one business day.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed.

sotspk does not impose currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. Any fees imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside sotspk's control and are the player's responsibility.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all sotspk promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Registering more than one player account on sotspk, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating play in live casino games to gain an unfair edge.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sotspk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any sotspk content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any sotspk software or game.
• Use the sotspk brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the sotspk platform.

Any unauthorised use of sotspk's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sotspk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the sotspk platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures, interruptions, or platform downtime beyond sotspk's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your participation in games or betting markets after reading and accepting the applicable game rules.
• Losses attributable to force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or internet outages.

sotspk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sotspk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player.
• Use of prohibited software or exploitation of gaming vulnerabilities.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, sotspk reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where termination results from verified fraud or a material breach, remaining balances may be forfeited in their entirety. Where termination is initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

sotspk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sotspk will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without prior notice.
